Our VIP Design Day is an intensive, 8-hour collaboration where we focus solely on your project to deliver a stunning website. Investment:
The design fee for our VIP Design Day service starts at $3k. We believe in pricing transparency and will provide a detailed quote based on the scope of your project.
We also provide a contract with a detailed scope of work and design schedule for all projects. Read our Project Roadmap or our FAQ's below for more information about our process and to answer common questions.
A 50% deposit is required upon booking to secure your spot on our design calendar.

PREPARATION
Prior to the scheduled day, we'll provide you with a detailed questionnaire to gather all of the pertinent details for your project.

STRATEGY SESSION
We'll have an one hour in-depth strategy session via Zoom to understand your objectives, preferences, and the specific outcomes you want from your VIP Design Day.

DESIGN DAY
On design day, we'll dedicate 8 hours to your project, keeping in close contact throughout the day to get feedback, make revisions and ensure the results align perfectly with your goals.

LAUNCH + SUPPORT
We'll get your website launched and provide support to make sure all works seamlessly. We'll also provide a follow-up session to address and answer any questions.

How soon can we start?Typically, we're booked out a few weeks in advance so you’ll want to get your spot reserved as soon as possible. This will give you time to complete your design questionnaire and for us to gather everything we'll need from you before we begin your project.

What are your design fees?Our design fee schedule is as follows: Signature Design (fully customized design): starts at $4,800 (see below for more details on pricing) Demi Design (customized template design): starts at $2,500 (see below for more details on pricing) Web Design & Brand Mini: (light customization of any Wix template with 7-10 day turnaround): $2k Flat Fee design fee VIP Design Day (full design day dedicated to your design project) starts at $3k (see below for more details on pricing) Hourly Design: packages start at $350 If you want to add elements such as booking, an online store or other more complex design requests, there will be an additional fee. We believe in transparent pricing, so you'll know what the exact design fee is prior to starting your project.

How does payment work?We offer several options that are purchased directly via our website, including hourly packages and the Website & Brand Mini. We accept all of the standard debit and credit cards. For our customized design projects, such as the Signature Design, VIP Design Day or the Demi Design, we require a 50% deposit to secure your design spot on our project schedule. The remaining balance is due on project completion. We'll send you an invoice that you can pay directly via debit and credit card.

What platform do you use?As an Official Wix Legend Partner, we've design exclusively on the Wix platform since 2017. We find that we can get incredible design results, and it's a platform that our clients can easily manage on their own. It also comes with a full dashboard of tools that can be used to streamline your business.

What if my existing website is built on another platform?If you're looking for a redesign and your website is hosted on another platform, it is possible to create and redesign your website on the Wix platform (and actually, sometimes it's easier than staying on your existing platform). We'll use your content and any images used on your current site and build out new pages on Wix. We'll also assist with connecting your new Wix website to your domain.

What is your refund policy?Due to the amount of client engagement and the opportunity for design approval throughout the process, once work has started there are no refunds. It is my goal to make sure you're 100% happy with your website.
